Two, installation

Three, test

1 after the above steps, manual turning, observe the torque change, and there is no rubbing sound abnormal, to determine whether to re install and adjust.

2 open the valve, the sealing cavity communicated with the sealing medium, exhaust all the seal cavity of the air, so that the sealing cavity full of medium, and observe the seal without leakage.

3 confirm the above two correct test run.


Four, operation notice

1 equipment operation should observe the control instrument is normal, there is no abnormal sound equipment and overheating phenomenon.

2 in the experimental work, should pay attention to changes in vibration and sound equipment. Due to the difference of thermal expansion between shaft and casing, machine vibration may occur, in this case, can cause seal failure. You should stop and adjust to pipelines, and strong coupling, anchor screws and other parts to be again.

3 pay attention to run at the beginning of leakage of the seal, under normal circumstances, the initial leak may be too large, but after a period of running, leakage will reduce or even close to zero.
